Jodie Test’s at Donnington Park

Jodie and the team tested at Donnington Park for the official press day of EuroBOSS 2007. This was the first airing for the Jordan 197 that she will be racing in this year. It was a great opportunity to identify minor problems on the car which unfortunately caused the day to be cut short. The laps that she completed were positive and will help with the preparation of the car for the forthcoming season.

Goodwood Test Day is a success!

21st March 2007

Jodie has been invited to drive at The Goodwood Festival Of Speed this year. For the official press day she drove the 1997 Penske, this car was the last Penske chassis to win a race in 1997. Last year the was driven by owner, Patrick Morgan. Jodie says of the press day “ The whole day was just totally mind blowing. To be driving with the likes of Derek Bell and Damon Hill was such a surreal experience”.

For the Goodwood weekend in June she will be driving the ex F1 JPS Lotus car of Ayrton Senna - this for Jodie is something she has dreamed of all her life, after following Senna throughout his career. More updates on Goodwood coming soon.

Sights are set for The Jim Clark Revival at The Hockenheim Ring, Germany.

The first round for the EuroBOSS series is to be held at Hockenheim Ring, Germany on the weekend of 28th April 2007.

After the test day at Donnington Park the car is currently being prepared for Jodie’s first race at Hockenheim to which she hopes to attend. Having never driven in Europe she is looking forward to the opportunity to race there.

 

Fast Fest 2007
